Recefly is built in Bucharest by the team at Chirpy Digital, for the brand and agency teams who've spent one too many evenings checking receipts in a spreadsheet.
Why Recefly exists
Every other marketing discipline got its platform. CRM has Salesforce. Marketing automation has HubSpot. Promotions, the mechanic that moves real products off real shelves, still run on Excel, email threads, and receipts checked by hand.
We saw it first-hand: campaigns treated as one-off projects, rebuilt from zero every time, with teams spending evenings on checks no person should have to do. So we built what was missing: one reusable system that makes every campaign faster, fairer, and measurable, and every next one easier than the last.
Recefly runs real campaigns for real brands today: 20+ campaigns, 30,000+ receipts processed, 7 brands, and 3 agencies working on the platform. We're just getting started.
